Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Imagicomm Communications LLC. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling on-air inventory, websites, major event sponsorships, and digital assets to local businesses.

Your primary focus will be on identifying and connecting with qualified prospects to maintain a full pipeline. You will work closely with our clients as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique business goals and partner to help achieve them.

In this role, you will collaborate with local sales managers to evangelize solutions that will help customers reach their target audiences. You will also be responsible for leading with insights and engaging prospects in business conversations to uncover customers' marketing challenges and develop solutions that will help meet goals and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell on-air inventory, websites, major event sponsorships, and digital assets to local businesses
  • Identify and connect with qualified prospects to maintain a full pipeline
  • Work closely with clients as a trusted advisor to understand their business goals and partner to achieve them
  • Collaborate with local sales managers to evangelize solutions that will help customers reach their target audiences
  • Lead with insights and engage prospects in business conversations to uncover customers' marketing challenges and develop solutions
  • Present best solutions based on desired business results
  • Create proposals to be presented to sales leaders and clients
  • Accountable for learning and selling integrated advertising solutions utilizing our full suite of broadcast TV, streaming video, and digital products
  • Responsible for meeting and exceeding all sales goals as outlined by the LSM
  • Increase revenue through a balance of new business development and up-selling of current clients
Requirements
  • Proven track record of digital and TV sales success in a local media setting or other sales experience
  • BA/BS degree with a minimum of three years of media sales, account management, or buying experience preferred
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team
  • Minimum of 2 years of new business development and prospecting experience required
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written skills
  • Hard-working, high integrity, relationship-builder with a winning attitude
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Work with brand teams, ad operations, and finance to provide client satisfaction
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record required
