As a Marketing Communications Assistant at Hype Tier, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing and communications efforts of our agency. Working closely with the Marketing Communications Manager, you will assist in the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives across various channels to enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
  • Support the development of marketing collateral, including copywriting for website content, blog posts, email newsletters, social media posts, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to quality standards.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, tracking key metrics and providing insights to inform strategy and optimization efforts.
  • Assist in managing social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and community engagement.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in marketing, communications, or a related role is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management tools, email marketing software).
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts and trends.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
