Our new centers in the heart of Orange County offer a peaceful and supportive environment for individuals to embark on their journey to recovery. 

About the Job:
The Housing Director is responsible for creating and maintaining a safe and sober community outside of center hours. You will manage Day, Swing and Night Staff in our mental health houses to act as an extension of the treatment programs. The housing team works directly with center staff reporting on behavioral issues which may come up including sobriety, cleanliness, and attitude.

  • Track and assign male and female mental health beds
  • Approve/deny overnights in the mental health homes
  • Develop future MH housing facilities
  • Manage supplies and assets/storage
  • Train Behavioral Health Technicians or Metal Health Support on responsibilities and safety
  • Develop and ensure UA/BAC protocols for the MH houses
  • Communicate with Clinical Directors about Client Red Flags
  • Develop community programs within the Sober Livings
  • Manage Night Staff
  • Manage relapses in the SL environment
  • On‐call for nighttime emergencies

About You:

  • 2 years of management experience
  • Good communication skills, written and verbal
  • Knowledgeable on a wide range of areas related to the role
  • Responsible, efficient, discreet, and organized
  • MS Office: Outlook/Excel/Word/Power Point

Schedule:
Shifts may vary with on-call for nighttime emergencies. Saturday and Sunday required.
