Job Overview

PATH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director of Housing Programs to join our team in Santa Barbara, CA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing programmatic operations, providing direct supervision to program managers and team supervisors, and ensuring adherence to funding source contracts and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of program operations, including budgeting, grant proposals, program evaluation, and financial reporting.
  • Provide direct supervision to program managers and team supervisors, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to succeed.
  • Ensure adherence to funding source contracts and performance standards, preparing written reports on program activities as assigned and as required by funding sources.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve program outcomes, including data-driven decision making and continuous quality improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Director to monitor and design programs, including developing budgets, contributing to grant proposals, and developing programmatic workflows.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in healthcare, case management, homeless services, or working with vulnerable populations.
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in homeless services or related social services field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to collect and interpret data to inform decision making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including staff, clients, and community partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
