Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients.
  • Handle policy changes and process customer change requests, endorsements, and certifications.
  • Manage billing, process policies, and maintain accurate records.
  • Utilize Excel spreadsheets for premium breakdowns and track property, auto schedules, and equipment.
  • Ensure all client interactions and transactions are handled with accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements
  • Experience in commercial lines insurance is preferred but not required.
  • Candidate must be willing to obtain their insurance license. Insurance licensing is preferred but not required; we offer 100% assistance for licensing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and efficiency.
  • A team player who is eager to contribute to building a great team.
