General Overview: As a Marketing Manager at GrayHair Software, you will be responsible for supporting campaign initiatives, large scale marketing efforts and assisting in managing multi-campaigns/ABM that may be activated concurrently. You should have a strong understanding of marketing campaign methodologies while also demonstrating the ability to blend creativity and technical know-how. 


Qualifications Include:

  • 4+ years of progressive experience in Marketing role 
  • Strong desire to grow professionally and is enthusiastic about mentoring and developing junior team members
  • Demonstrated experience in developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
  • Experience with digital marketing and automation tools such as Hubspot, Linkedin Campaign Manager, Adobe Suite and Canva
  • Experience with event/trade show planning and execution
  • Experience with GSuite, Slack, Jira and Confluence a plus
  • Thrives in a culture that values autonomy, collaboration, and flexibility


Primary Responsibilities:  include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Develop marketing strategies to meet the company's goals and objectives
  • Maintain a strong brand management strategy to continuously help build and improve the GrayHair brand
  • Develop and maintain Marketing Road Map, ensuring consistent communication with the organization regarding department priorities and initiatives
  • Develop and manage social media account strategy, working closely with team members to support content creation and campaign activities 
  • Maintain a forward-thinking approach ensuring that marketing efforts remain relevant and effective over time
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team on initiatives, campaigns and event planning
  • Maintain a familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, and other marketing communication strategies
  • Assist with product documentation and technical writing as needed
