Project Manager

1. Manage the cost, schedule, and quality of assigned projects in alignment with company policies and procedures.
2. Build strong relationships with clients, design partners, and other key project stakeholders.
3. Participate in the construction management process of projects, including reviewing contracts, preconstruction and bidding process, overseeing submittals and RFI processes, etc.
4. Continuously monitor and manage job cost and labor production.
5. Participate in regular meetings with project executives to discuss project financials.
6. Monitor project cashflow and billings, and negotiate Potential Change Items (PCIs).
7. Actively participate in risk management on projects by identifying and addressing potential issues.
8. Perform risk analysis and observation reports.
9. Create and maintain project schedule, ensuring all activities and team members align.
10. Monitor project success and adjust as challenges and milestones occur.
11. Conduct weekly schedule updates.
12. Perform related duties as assigned.
13. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
14. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills required.
15. Must be well-organized, a pre-planner, and a problem-solver.
16. Ability to multitask, work independently and collaboratively, learn and adapt quickly, and maintain attention to detail.
17. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Primavera P6, Procore, and Bluebeam is required.
