 Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform tasks requiring expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Human Capital Management (HCM) Suite Administration.
  • Provide insight and advice concerning task or project strategic direction and outcomes.
  • Evaluate, analyze, and develop recommended solutions.
  • Resolve complex programs that require an in-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite Administration.
  • Apply principles of the subject matter to specialized solutions.
  • Plan, direct, and implement initiatives.
  • Provide advanced specialized scientific, engineering, and other functional support required to complete high technology projects.
  • Provide enterprise-wide, advisory assistance in the planning, troubleshooting, integration, research, design, development, testing, modeling, simulation, and training on the most complex work requirements.
 Required Skills and Experience
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • An ability to work with multiple stakeholders who may have competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite Administration.
Professional Certificationsn/aYears of Professional ExperienceEight (8) years of professional experienceDesired experiencePrevious experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) highly preferredFormal EducationMaster's degreeCitizenship RequirementU.S. Citizenship required for this specific opportunitySecurity Clearance RequirementsMust possess or qualify for a Public Trust (NACI)CRITICAL NOTES:
