ARE YOU THE AUTOMOTIVE GENERAL MANAGER OUR TEAM NEEDS?

Ask yourself: Can you effectively manage and motivate a team of mechanics? Are you confident in communicating with customers and providing exceptional service? If you answered "yes" to these questions and meet the following requirements, we need you as our Automotive General Manager

  • Must have at least 2 years of automotive industry experience
  • Strong understanding of the auto industry
  • Leadership and management skills
  • Ability to handle technician discipline

Previous leadership experience is preferred.

WHAT TYPE OF WORK DO YOU PROVIDE?

As an Automotive General Manager at Tuffy Tire & Auto Service, you will work a full-time schedule with a 5-day workweek. Our shop hours are from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and 7:30 am to 4:00 pm on Saturdays (Saturdays are required). You will have one day off during the week in addition to Sundays

In this role, we're looking for someone who truly cares about the business and its customers. Your outgoing personality will play a crucial role in our commitment to exceptional customer service. We value reliability, so showing up consistently and punctually is of utmost importance. You should be articulate and explain complex technical matters in layman's terms, making sure our customers fully understand the services they receive. Being able to effectively use a computer is an essential skill that contributes to the overall efficiency of our operation. As the leader of a skilled team of mechanics, your dedication to these qualities will not only ensure smooth vehicle intake and release but also help foster lasting customer relationships and satisfaction.
