DUTIES

  • Prospecting: Relentlessly identify and chase potential customers through all avenues - provided leads, networking events, door-to-door outreach, and online.
  • Pitching: Deliver accurate and compelling presentations to homeowners, showcasing the unmatched benefits of our roofing services.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Being Knowledgeable: An in-depth knowledge of roofing products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Quoting and Proposals: Prepare the inspector for report by gathering customer information, defining needs, and account for all variables, such as budget.
  • Negotiation: Skillfully strike terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable and mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Work towards and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, demonstrating consistent and measurable success.
  • Market Research: Stay ahead of trends and conditions for new opportunities and strategies for business growth.


REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 3 yrs. of roofing sales experience.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid WC ghost policy or ability to obtain within (30) days.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
