POSITION IS 100% ON SITE IN GARLAND, TX
What you will do:
- Lead the data migration process to SageIntacct from current software package.
- Coordinate timelines and workflows with internal teams and third-party vendors to achieve deadline goals.
- Collaborate across internal teams relevant to the system’s setup & administration to set expectations
- Navigate and communicate migration and implementation roadblocks to direct leadership.
- Deploy and test business critical system integrations.
- Proactively educate team members on updates through presentations & creation of account-specific training material.
- Effectively communicate, assess and navigate change risks alongside the controller and other stakeholders in the organization.
- Ensure consistent and seamless information delivery to SageIntacct by facilitating quality control sessions with appropriate stakeholders.
- Other duties related to the successful rollout of SageIntacct to internal team members, as assigned.
What you will need:
- At least 5 years experience in SageIntacct implementations & accounting software.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong project management focus.
- Project management software experience (Monday.com and/or SmartSheet preferred).
- Experience working with SageIntacct integration protocols.
- Proven track record of successful SageIntacct end-to-end implementations, including professional references.
- Experience with accessory accounting systems such as Bill.com and Chargebee.
- PMP certification a plus.
