WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

As our C-Suite Executive Administrative Assistant, you start your day by meticulously managing the calendars of our co-founders, ensuring every meeting and appointment is flawlessly scheduled. As the primary point of contact for our executive team, you handle confidential communications with discretion and professionalism, maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality. Using your expertise in Microsoft Office 365 and QuickBooks, you effortlessly create impactful presentations, manage correspondence, and perform financial management tasks. Whether it's answering calls on behalf of the co-founders or organizing comprehensive travel plans, you play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
