Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Administrative Assistant position.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing clerical support to our skilled nursing neighborhood. Creates and maintains the schedule for nursing personnel, tracks attendance, monitors lateness and absences, minimizes overtime, and provides reports to management, as directed.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of two years Clinical Scheduling experience preferred Payroll, CNA and Nurse Schedule preparation preferred

Pay Range

$18.95 - $22.95 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
