We are the leader in state-of-the-art cosmetic and restorative dentistry, and our labs are committed to providing you with the best, most up-to-date products, and services.

Objectives of this Role

  • To grow revenue in non-covered territory as quickly as possible
  • Develop business in large MSAs and grow the territory to support a full time TM in the future
  • Engage potential clients within the assigned territory and carry out specific objectives regarding new product launches, prospecting for new clients, and stimulating new sales with existing clients Organization of conferences and meetings

    Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
  • Focus on major metropolitan areas
  • Promote MLC (My Lab Connect) to new and existing doctors
  • Promote IOS rebate program, and digital dentistry
  • Assist with any report scheduling from Labtrac and data extraction from Labtrac

Skills and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Optimal sales and communication skills
  • Experience in direct selling and tele-sales
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or certification in dental profession preferred.
  • Knowledge of the dental laboratory industry is preferred.

Location
Our network of dental laboratories spans six states, with labs in Florida, Connecticut, Maryland, Mississippi, Rhode Island, Texas, and New York. The Leixir Home Office is in Tampa, Florida.

Interview Process

  1. Information Screening: The Talent Manager will have a 20-to-30-minute phone conversation focused on relevant work experience, compensation, role overview, and answering any questions you may have.
  2. Panel Interview: 45-minute interview with the Operations Manager. This will take place at the lab and will dive deeper into the role, technical knowledge, and requirements of the position. The candidate will have the opportunity to meet the team, tour the workplace, and gain a better understanding of the job’s functions.
  3. Offer: The Talent Manager will reach out with the details of the informal offer for discussion. After all the details of the informal offer are finalized, the formal offer letter and job description will be sent. At this time, we will complete a background check.
