Employment Type: Full Time Exempt/Non-Exempt: Non-Exempt


The Maintenance Parts Clerk will provide control and procurement of inventory, tools, materials, and services which are necessary for the day-to-day maintenance of plant assets. The Maintenance Parts Clerk will receive in all parts, organize, clean, manage parts bins/storage locations, and conduct local parts runs.

The expectations of this position provide oversight and maintain/stock the supply room to meet the demands of our production needs. This position reports to Maintenance Manager


Role Description and Job Accountabilities: Please see People Systems for Complete Job Description

Qualifications:


  • Recommends and complies with safety procedures, standards and controls.
  • Ability to navigate within CMMS systems, understands concepts of CMMS to maintain integrity of plant assets.
  • Orders, receives and stocks parts and periodically lifts a maximum of 50 pounds for the purpose of maintaining the stock room.
  • Performs inventory counts and participates in the reconciliation of periodic inventories with the automated inventory system (ERP).
  • Maintain a clean, organized and sanitized work area/equipment/tools in a manner that meets food safety requirements of internal/external customers and regulatory agencies
  • Ensure all paperwork is filled in legibly and correctly for area of responsibility.
  • Delivers and receives parts as directed.
  • Works with the Buyer to arrange and administer the return of items to be repaired, exchanged, or credited to the respected vendors.
  • Substitutes as required for the Purchasing Agent



Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Valid food handler's card from Tulsa Health Department
  • Valid Oklahoma drivers license and clean driving record (DMV check)
  • Forklift Certified

Required Skills

  • Experience in Microsoft Project and Maintenance Management Systems
  • Technical or Associates degree and/or applicable knowledge/experience
  • Proven experience in the purchasing field
  • Demonstrated problem solving ability
  • Proven safety record in past work history
  • Regularly attend work on time and for the entire shift at the office or plant where you are scheduled.
