Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotations for products and systems to meet customers' requirements.
  • Provide quotation follow-up as required.
  • Provide technical support for customers, internal staff, and external sales force.
  • Develop pricing for lifting systems and specialty linear positioning equipment.
  • Ensure that final product designs meet customers' specifications.
  • Interact with customers, customer service, external sales force, design engineering, and manufacturing personnel to support customers' requirements.
  • Work with engineers to resolve problems that arise during and after implementation.
  • Domestic travel (up to 5%).
  • Identifies specific activities required to accomplish objectives and priorities to drive desired results and meet deadlines or outside obligations.
  • Complete reporting requirements as requested by Application Engineering Supervisor and Sales Manager as related to performance metrics or other measures that foster continuous improvement.
  • Perform related work and additional duties as requested/assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology.
  • 0-5 years of experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Leadership potential.
  • Able to control multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts verbally and in writing
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, AutoCAD).
  • Self-motivated and driven.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
