This role will require the person to be in the office 5 days per week.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as the Corporate Administrative Assistant. We are looking for an energetic professional with experience in all areas of office administration. This position requires organizational skills, the ability to work at a fast pace, and multi-task between routines.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Overall administrative support
- Administration of Voice Mail Attendant
- Sorting and distribution of USPS, UPS, FEDEX
- Shipping preparation of USPS, UPS, FEDEX
- Oversight of office equipment
- Oversight of general office cleanliness
- Office supply ordering and inventories
- Office filing and faxing
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
- At least 2 years of administrative experience supporting multiple team members, preferably in a professional services environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
