Responsibilities:
- Assist account managers in daily administrative tasks related to client accounts.
- Communicate with clients via phone and email to gather information and provide updates.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for client meetings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Maintain client databases and update account information as needed.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
- Support in organizing and attending client meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
