In this role as a Process Engineer (also known as Operations Engineer, Chemical Engineer), you will learn and adhere to local and company requirements, rules, and procedures. You will troubleshoot technical issues, analyze data, conduct machine trials, manage capital projects, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. You will also provide crew training and development, support safety improvement efforts, and rotate weekend call duty for the production department.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, Paper Science, or related field.
  • Training and certification in Six Sigma or similar curriculum, and proven work experience.
  • 2-5 years' experience in a paper making or similar operation, with some supervisory experience.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting industrial automation equipment and using ERP and Quality Control Software.
