We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Fundraising Events Assistant to join our event fundraising team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about fundraising, community engagement, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Fundraising Events Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the planning, coordination, and execution of fundraising events to ensure their success.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of fundraising events, including logistical arrangements and on-site support.
  • Coordinate event logistics, such as preparing materials, organizing supplies, and coordinating with vendors and service providers.
  • Support the creation and distribution of promotional materials for events, including social media posts, email campaigns, and printed materials.
  • Engage with donors, sponsors, and event participants to ensure their involvement and satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential sponsors and fundraising opportunities.
  • Provide administrative support to the fundraising team, including record-keeping, managing correspondence, and handling inquiries.
  • Monitor and report on the success of fundraising events, offering insights and recommendations for future improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all event-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing event plans, timelines, and budgets to achieve fundraising goals.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure all event logistics are met efficiently.
  • Support the fundraising team in achieving financial targets and goals through effective event management.
  • Assist with donor and sponsor communications, including thank-you letters, follow-ups, and acknowledgments.
  • Manage event registrations, attendee communications, and inquiries effectively.
  • Promote events through various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and community outreach efforts.
