Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic non-contract sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads and closing sales in a fast-paced and competitive market. This position is exempt and reports to the NCSO Manager.

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Present and demonstrate products or services to prospects.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports on sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience as a Sales Representative.
  • Experience as a Sales Representative in the door and hardware industry preferred.
  • Strong network of industry contacts and a track record of successful sales.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Strong Knowledge of using computer programs such as MS Office.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Highly motivated and target driven.
  • Prioritization, time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
  • Relationship management skills and an openness to feedback.
