This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with little to no experience in DTG printing, but possess a strong willingness to learn and a passion for delivering exceptional results. This is a seasonal opportunity with an expected duration of August– November 2024. As a DTG Printer, you will be responsible for operating DTG printers to produce high-quality printed apparel according to customer specifications. Employee skills include a high attention to detail, organization, strong focus in a fast-paced production environment, and ability to perform repetitive tasks. Responsibilities:
  • Operate DTG printing machinery to produce high-quality prints on various apparel items according to customer specifications.
  • Prepare Printing Materials: Prepare garments and printing materials such as inks, pretreatment solutions, and substrates for printing processes.
  • Quality Control: Inspect printed garments for quality defects and ensure that each item meets the established quality standards.
  • Follow Production Schedule: Adhere to production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
  • Workspace Organization: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the printing area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Adhere to Safety Procedures: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot issues, brainstorm solutions, and improve overall workflow efficiency.
Salary: $18-$21 per hourHours: 8:00am – 4:30pm (M-F)
