Who We're Looking For:

This is a 100% remote position - must be based in Austin, TX (or surrounding area/s)

The IT Coordinator is responsible for providing internal company support related to computer systems, networks, applications, and hardware. This role involves tasks such as maintaining services, troubleshooting issues, and responding to IT help requests from staff. The coordinator also handles equipment provisions, license contracts, and communication with senior IT personnel. Strong communication skills and teamwork are essential in this position to ensure efficient resolution of IT-related matters within the company. Who We Are:

Based in Austin, Texas, LeadingReach is a HIPAA-secure, web-based platform that connects healthcare providers together on the LeadingReach Network enabling them to refer patients, share clinical documentation, and communicate digitally, reducing the need for faxes and phone calls between providers. What You Will Do:

Provision new company hardware (laptops, workstations, phones, printers, fax machines, copiers, etc.) Provision new-hire access to Leading Reach supported applications and systems. Troubleshoot company hardware (laptops, workstations, phones, printers, fax machines, copiers, etc.) De-provision access to Leading Reach supported applications and systems. De-provision existing hardware based on HIPAA law, NIST guidelines, and IT security best practices Provide direct technical support to Leading Reach staff on all IT related issues. Respond promptly to staff IT requests. Communicate to staff about their IT requests in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner All reported issues should be carefully researched to avoid miscommunication of information and to ensure competence in responses. It is OK to say, “I’m not sure, let me do some research and get back to you.” Track and maintain company hardware inventory: Source/location, serial numbers, models, etc. Manage the staff computer security compliance settings through the use of security compliance tools like Jamf and ensure settings are compliant to company’s security policies (password complexity, encryption of drive, and other security settings). Manage network and machine Data Loss Protection tools (DLP). Facilitate internal IT Support requests. Manage, maintain, and improve internal infrastructure systems. Follow and understand industry best practices that impact the security of the systems i.e., security, threats and vulnerabilities (OWASP, NIST, etc.) Follow IT, development, and company policies as well as adhere to government rulings and regulations. What You Need:

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum (2) years working as an IT Coordinator, IT Help Desk, system administrator, systems engineer or IT administrator or equivalent in higher education. What We Offer:
