Job Overview:

Gecko Hospitality is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Restaurant Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations and be a part of our leadership team at our Wichita Falls location, located within the Sheppard Air Force Base. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, engaged, and ready to lead with integrity and intensity while ensuring the success of the restaurant. Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards in food quality, service, and ambiance.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop store associates, ensuring the team is motivated and aligned with company values.
  • Guest Experience: Foster emotional connections with guests by delivering exceptional food and service. Address guest feedback to continuously improve the customer experience.
  • Financial Accountability: Achieve store financial targets by managing costs and maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Safety & Compliance: Uphold safety and security for both guests and associates, ensuring compliance with health regulations and operational standards.
  • Community Engagement: Promote the brand within the local community through outreach and positive interactions.
  • Brand Alignment: Lead with integrity and intensity, working toward the fulfillment of our companys stated vision.
