You will support a team who assist with various administrative functions such as electronic filing, data entry, answering phones, and other various administrative duties..Here’s what you’ll be doing:
  1. Processing Payroll:
    1. Leads end-to-end payroll processing and ensures efficiency, accuracy, and strict adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements.
    2. Calculating and managing deductions (including garnishments) to ensuring accurate data entry and timely disbursements
    3. Lead year-end preparation (calendar and fiscal year), including W2’s and reporting.
    4. Reconciles and resolves issues related to all payroll withholding, and acts as the primary liaison to state and federal agencies governing the withholding.
    5. Manages all aspects of payroll withholding accuracy, from resolving discrepancies to acting as the primary liaison with state and federal withholding authorities.
  2. Administrative:
    1. Sort incoming mail and answer incoming calls to the payroll line
    2. Ability to work with weekly deadlines
    3. Comfortable with 10 key data entry
  3. Supporting your team, Operations, and Sales:
    1. Assist with a variety of Human Resource and Accounting functions as needed
    2. Supports training and information relating to payroll functions.

  • Experience: At least five years of AP and payroll management experience required. Minimum of two years of management experience.
  • Certification: CCP certification preferred but not required
