Site Lead (Senior level): at least 5-8 years TSCM experience

Site lead (1 needed): In addition to performing the duties below, the site lead would be a working site lead who would be responsible for supervising the contractors, perform human resource and administrative functions on behalf of the company, but also fill in acting as team members as needed. Site lead would be responsible for keeping PFPA leadership aware verbally and in writing of activities and results. This would be a senior level contractor. This is a working supervisor position
Team Member (4 needed): Operation personnel conducting the daily inspections in offices and documentation of activities. This would include at a minimum a medium and junior level personnel. They would be required to perform all documentation of activities and conduct briefings of results to operation meetings and staff updates. Tasks identified below
Operational Duties:
- Physical Sweep: Conduct a thorough physical sweep of the office space, including all rooms, cubicles, ceilings, floors, walls, and furniture to visually inspect for any suspicious or unauthorized electronic devices.
- RF Spectrum Analysis: Use specialized equipment to perform Radio Frequency (RF) spectrum analysis to detect any unauthorized RF transmissions within the office area, including signals from covert listening devices or wireless cameras.
- Network Security Audit: Conduct a comprehensive audit of the office network infrastructure, including routers, switches, servers, and Wi-Fi access points, to identify any unauthorized or rogue devices connected to the network.
- Electronic Device Detection: Utilize advanced electronic detection equipment to sweep for hidden electronic devices, such as GPS trackers, covert microphones, or hidden cameras, that may be concealed within office equipment or furniture.
- Physical Intrusion Testing: Perform physical intrusion testing to assess the effectiveness of access controls and security measures in place, including door locks, alarms, and surveillance cameras, to identify potential vulnerabilities that could be exploited by malicious actors.
- Data Leakage Prevention: Recommend measures to prevent unauthorized data leakage or exfiltration of sensitive information from the office environment, including monitoring outbound network traffic and implementing encryption protocols to safeguard proprietary data.
- Employee Training and Awareness: Provide training and awareness programs for employees to educate them about the risks of unauthorized electronic surveillance and the importance of maintaining vigilance to protect intellectual property and proprietary information.
- Develop performance measures to determine the effectiveness of the detection program
- Create and provide analytical products and briefings to senior leadership up to and including members of the DoD Senior Executive Service regarding the program
