Position Summary:

We are looking for experienced Construction Surveillance Technicians (CST) to contribute to a construction security initiative. This position is contingent upon project award.

Key Responsibilities:

The CSTs will be responsible for monitoring and interacting with construction personnel to ensure that no electronic, electrical, mechanical, or other types of hostile surveillance devices are introduced into the completed construction.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Possession of an Active Top Secret clearance
  • Completion of the Department of State Office (DoS), Office of Overseas Building (OBO) SE630 training
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience or supervisory experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • Construction security surveillance
    • Technical Surveillance Countermeasures
    • Industrial or Government security with a focus on counterintelligence
    • Construction quality assurance
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Lead CST role
  • Familiarity with Technical Surveillance Countermeasures, construction principles, and the types of devices utilized by both hostile and friendly intelligence services for clandestine surveillance
  • Comprehensive knowledge of various construction disciplines, including civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and electronic engineering principles.

Employees may occasionally need to lift or move moderate weights, typically under 20 pounds, depending on the role. Regular and reliable attendance is crucial.
