  • Provide expert consultation on Electronic Countermeasures (ECM) challenges.
  • Assist in fulfilling U.S. Department of State C&I mandates in high-risk settings.
  • Design and implement ECM integration strategies.
  • Collaborate with Global Security Communications engineering teams.
  • Ensure compatibility of platforms with C&I systems.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 5 years of technical experience in ECM systems.
  • Understanding of RF principles, vehicle dynamics with CREW systems, and insurgent IED methodologies.
  • Proven extensive knowledge of U.S. Department of State ECM frameworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Windows and office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and Java.
  • Knowledge of SIGINT, EW, and Communications Systems issues.
  • Capability to develop EW/EA hardware and software solutions.
  • Experience with Software-Defined Radio systems.

Security Clearance:

  • Top Secret security clearance is mandatory, with eligibility for TS/SCI.

Travel Expectations:

  • Willingness to travel OCONUS for installation and training at diplomatic facilities.
  • Potential travel to high-threat areas with challenging living conditions.

Physical Work Environment:

  • Primarily operates in an indoor office setting, effectively communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.
