Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert consultation on Electronic Countermeasures (ECM) challenges.
- Assist in fulfilling U.S. Department of State C&I mandates in high-risk settings.
- Design and implement ECM integration strategies.
- Collaborate with Global Security Communications engineering teams.
- Ensure compatibility of platforms with C&I systems.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 5 years of technical experience in ECM systems.
- Understanding of RF principles, vehicle dynamics with CREW systems, and insurgent IED methodologies.
- Proven extensive knowledge of U.S. Department of State ECM frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Windows and office applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and Java.
- Knowledge of SIGINT, EW, and Communications Systems issues.
- Capability to develop EW/EA hardware and software solutions.
- Experience with Software-Defined Radio systems.
Security Clearance:
- Top Secret security clearance is mandatory, with eligibility for TS/SCI.
Travel Expectations:
- Willingness to travel OCONUS for installation and training at diplomatic facilities.
- Potential travel to high-threat areas with challenging living conditions.
Physical Work Environment:
- Primarily operates in an indoor office setting, effectively communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.
