Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Develop and manage the FP&A reporting framework to provide clear and accurate financial insights for internal stakeholders, including the Group CFO and investment firm.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze financial performance across different business units, identifying opportunities for optimization and providing actionable recommendations to enhance efficiency and profitability.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Streamline and enhance financial planning processes, ensuring consistency and accuracy in reporting and analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Skills: Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, with a focus on delivering actionable insights and process improvements.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop a high-performing FP&A team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.
