A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HUMAN RESOURCE COORDINATOR

As a Human Resource Coordinator with Doug Anderson Plumbing And Heating, you'll embrace a diverse array of responsibilities. Your role will encompass creating and explaining our employee handbook policies, as well as managing employee time off requests, warnings, and terminations. You will also be tasked with providing HR consultations and ensuring compliance with state policies and guidelines. This multi-faceted position offers an opportunity to make a tangible impact within our organization, shaping our company culture, and fostering a positive work environment.


QUALIFICATIONS
