Human Resource Generalist

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionKids Central, Inc. is currently seeking a dynamic HR Generalist. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to manage the recruitment process for diverse employee groups, which includes managing job postings, spearheading our online presence on recruiting platforms and social media to attract top talent and building strong partnerships with educational institutions and recruitment channels. Participation in job fairs and staying updated on industry trends and legal compliance are also crucial aspects of this role. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop a broad skill set in HR and talent acquisition while making a tangible impact on our organization.

Essential functions include:

• Manages full cycle recruiting process for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Assists with developing, implementing, and executing hiring strategies for multiple requisitions, assuring requisitions are moved expeditiously through the process.
• Builds a strong network of candidates through expert use of online sourcing techniques, networking, referrals etc., to increase pipeline and build employer brand awareness.
• Maintains & utilize data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis.
• Assists with effective orientation and onboarding for new employees.
• Assists hiring manager with interviewing when requested.
• Participates in and tracks New Employee Orientation Program and schedules 30- and 90-day follow-up meetings with new hires and supervisors.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Experience

Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university in human resource management or a related field and 3 years of progressive human resources experience or 5-10 years of progressive human resources experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated knowledge of applicable federal and state labor law and other government compliance regulations. Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred.

Other Requirements

Ability to successfully clear a Level II background screen

PHR or SPHR preferred

Valid Florida driver’s license, and must be insurable by KCI’s current insurance carrier

Must carry personal smart phone with data plan for business communications during and outside business hours.
