Compensation:$75,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Conduct door-to-door sales in assigned territories to present and promote community solar and third-party energy solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent service and support.
- Educate customers about the benefits of green energy solutions and how they can save on their energy costs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and product knowledge.
- Accurately track and report on sales activities and customer interactions.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your sales skills.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to connect with people and convey the benefits of our solutions.
- Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Positive Attitude: Enthusiastic about learning and growing in a sales career.
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and contribute to team success.
- Previous Sales Experience: Preferred but not required – we train the right candidates.
- Ability to Work Outdoors: Comfortable engaging in door-to-door sales and working in various weather conditions.
