Who You Are:

A strong Commercial Lines Account Executive with a passion for providing customer-centric care. An outward-facing individual who excels in Retention. Someone who is adaptable and is a Trusted Advisor for clients. Someone with a minimum of 5 or more years of insurance experience with one or more designations and a commitment to superior customer service.


Job Summary:

This individual will be responsible for the retention of an existing book of Franchise Program clients. While there are always opportunities for new business as well as cross-sell/upsell opportunities, the primary focus of this role is the retention of the existing book of commercial accounts. It is critical for this individual to provide service and general stewardship to new and existing clients.This individual will be the face of S&S and will provide direct service to all accounts.


Relationship building is crucial in this business sector and the wide variety of clients it contains. The right individual will be able to connect with all levels of franchisees, from small to large. Participation in client meetings and various conferences is expected.


This role works under little supervision and has the autonomy and discretion to successfully meet job duties.


What you bring to the table:

  • 5 or more years of experience in Commercial Lines
  • Producer License is Mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent in work experience
  • Superior relationship building skills/networking
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Expertise in Commercial Lines Coverage and terminology
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and operate in an ever-changing environment is critical
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong desire to succeed
  • CIC designation or related for insurance specialty preferred
  • Fluency in MS office products
  • Travel required - 25%
