Job Description:

We are seeking a dependable, flexible, and initiative-taking Administrative Assistant with a cheerful outlook to join our team This position entails supporting the Management team with a variety of tasks related to the organization.

Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:


High School Diploma/GED required.
Administrative Assistant and HR experience preferred.
Strong organizational and people skills.
Strong attention to details.
Ability to work self-sufficiently on assigned tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with office equipment
Computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite knowledge.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Assist HR Manager and CEO with department needs and tasks.
  • Assist HR Manager with recruiting and onboarding.
  • Assist with preparation of various reports as requested by management.
  • In charge of ordering office, client and facility supplies as needed.
  • Assist with editing and research for implementation of plans required by governing entities.
Additional duties and tasks as assigned.
