Key Responsibilities:

Design and Drafting:

Develop detailed design plans and construction drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.

Create and present design concepts, floor plans, and elevations for commercial projects.

Project Management:

Manage and oversee multiple design projects from conception to completion.

Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Commercial Development:

Project Management: Proven experience managing design projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Procurement Skills: Experience in procuring materials, furniture, and fixtures, with a strong understanding of vendor management and negotiation.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts and project updates effectively.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics and quality.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with sustainable design practices and LEED certification.

Familiarity with 3D rendering software and visualization tools.
