Your role at BHSN:

As a Crisis Administrative Assistant at BHSN, you will assist in completing administrative, clerical, organizational and customer-service related tasks with a focus on promoting efficiencies and maximizing billing compliance.

What your day might look like:

  • Manages and actively fills schedules of all staff on the Crisis Team
  • Assists with compliance task to help ensure proper billing compliance within clinic charts
  • Daily monitoring of Crisis Residence Billing
  • Assist Crisis Residence and Mobile Crisis Team in collaboration with community stakeholders and treatment teams
  • Assist with Daily, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Reports for program, agency, community, and federal requirements

Your skills and qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Must be able to multi-task and be detail oriented
  • Familiarity with medical terminology preferred
  • Healthcare and Customer service experience a plus
