HRBP is essential in engaging and supporting leaders and employees through various HR initiatives, operational processes, tactical issues, and employee relations efforts.

Location:- Everett, WA

Main Responsibilities:

  • Engages leaders and employees in the delivery of HR processes, procedures, and practices within the assigned business unit(s).
  • Coaches leaders and employees on people management and employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment laws.
  • Leverages Visions Strategic Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Total Rewards) to build a pipeline of top talent, drive performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, training, and development, and offer market-competitive compensation and benefits.
  • Identifies performance gaps in individuals, teams, and leaders, as well as organizational structure, and acts as a performance improvement driver to promote and implement change management initiatives within the assigned business unit(s).
  • Implements and evaluates people management practices designed to enhance individual, team, and business performance.
  • Promotes and drives the transfer of best practices across HR and throughout the organization, as applicable.
  • Processes payroll using ADP software.
  • Leads or participates in special projects as required.

Skill & Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree or diploma is required in human resources or a related field.
  • PHR, SPHR, or other HR-related certification is preferred.
  • 4+ years of human resources working experience in the Manufacturing industry is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR law/compliance, compensation, organizational development, leadership development, hiring/termination processes, and risk management.
  • Considerable knowledge of payroll preparation, calculation, and processing methods.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
