Human Resources Specialist

Visiting Angels is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to enhance our HR operations. This position is a full-time, in-office role designed for individuals looking to start their career in human resources.

Key Responsibilities:
- Validate caregiver qualifications
- Support caregivers in acquiring and maintaining their credentials
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new caregivers
- Remind caregivers of upcoming continuing education units (CEUs)
- Assist caregivers with payroll and benefits inquiries
- Participate in the caregiver recruitment and interview process
- Handle various office tasks, including answering phone calls
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in human resources is advantageous but not mandatory
- Proficient in operating a multi-line phone system
- Ability to excel in a collaborative team environment
- Basic computer skills are required
Compensation begins at $23 per hour.
