THIS IS NOT your average "front desk" role. This individual must be ready to complete a variety of different tasks, must be prepared to join a team of the industry's top performers, & must be ready to create connections + stack new skills that will set them up for success for the rest of their career.
Do you like sales? Are you goal-orientated? This position is a sales-forward, and you will use a CRM system.

This Front Desk Associate Can Expect/Should Be Able To:


  • To join a fun team that understands how to WORK & PLAY hard
  • To be held accountable for showing up on time, showing up with the same consistent high energy daily, completing all daily tasks, creating a welcoming experience for all new people who walk in the door, & ensuring every person who enters the facility is greeted by name.
  • This person must provide the same excellent experience to EVERY SINGLE PERSON who walks in the door.
