Project/Procurement Coordinator

  • The Project/Procurement Coordinator will work as an integral part of the team of Project Managers to accomplish the following:
  • Source materials, subcontractors, and rentals for projects large and small.
  • Develop vendor relationships and research the options related to price and lead times to support the needs of the project.
  • Produce purchase orders and subcontracts in a timely manner.
  • Assist Project Managers with project organization and communication.
  • Manage shipments and logistics.
  • Assist Project Managers with project related day-to day tasks including qualification packets, permitting, licensing, labor scheduling, accounting software reporting, and project documentation.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and organizational skills
