One of our large medical device client’s is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their growing team in Jacksonville, FL to organize and control projects relating to the Labeling, Artwork & Copy Clearance Process within their Operations Engineering group. They will be partnering with Marketing, Operations and Regulatory Affairs teams to deliver short term execution on artwork projects, coordinating the execution of Copy Clearance projects in our digital packaging and labeling asset management software (currently GAME), providing reports for projects and managing timelines of those projects, etc. They will be requesting POs to cover artwork development and proofing costs with vendor partners, and ensuring that all assigned projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner and follow-up is done on all details. They will need to be able to identify obstacles to project completions and find the gaps in processes, and be empowered to take action as needed with an understanding of handling small internal meeting logistics. They will be expected to join somewhere between 2-5 meetings a day, have around 5-10 phone calls a day, submit between 1-5 reports a week, 1-10 memos a week, and give/attend 1-5 presentations a month. Overall, they will be expected to wear a variety of administrative hats with the end goal of ensuring smooth execution of labeling and packaging projects within the organization.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of project coordination/documentation management experience
  • Experience working within a regulated environment
  • Multitasking proficiency - managing multiple priorities and operating professionally in a complex, high-profile, and rapidly changing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Working within an enterprise level, matrix organization


Pay: $27.00-$32.00/hr (flexible based on experience)

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm

Hybrid Schedule: 3 days onsite & 2 days remote a week

PTO: 10 days of PTO & 6 paid sick days

Hiring Method: Multiyear contract – After 1 year on contract, the individual will have the opportunity to apply for a permanent role or have their contract renewed for another year

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
