Investment Pricing Analyst

Location - Atlanta, GA or Windsor, CT

Contract 6+ Months

Key Responsibilities

  • Pricing Accuracy & Controls: Ensure appropriate prices are applied to all vendor sourced public prices management. Ensure timely daily and periodic controls are being performed by the pricing team.
  • Key Project Support: Collaborate across multiple internal and external stakeholders to document business processes and analysis to support the Information Technology team to assist in the translation of requirements into technical solutions in the data warehouse and perform business validation of data resulting from change projects.
  • Pricing Hierarchy Monitoring: Responsible for review of pricing hierarchies and ensure coverage of all assets.
  • Client Discussions: Participate in conversations on valuation and pricing topics in client discussions.
  • Key Controls Oversight: Ensure daily and periodic controls are being performed timely and accurately. Responsible for ensuring compliance with key controls.
  • Audit Support and Validation: Respond promptly to internal and external auditors on pricing and valuation related inquiries.
  • Vendor Pricing Data: Liaise with our respective vendors to resolve pricing data questions.
  • Data Requests: Promptly respond to investment data requests from key customers, including traders, portfolio managers, sales, and client service personnel to support questions related to the asset, including questions related to setup.

Skills Required: -

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or professional certifications (e.g., CFA) preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in investment pricing and valuation
  • Strong understanding of investment products, asset classes, and financial markets.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute business plans that drive growth and operational efficiency.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and managing complex projects.
  • Sound knowledge of regulatory requirement.
