What we need from you...

  • Relationship Focused - You will have weekly onsite client meetings to discuss the project schedule and finances. You will spend 1-2 days in the office communicating with subcontractors and collaborating with your internal project team.
  • Organized - You will have multiple projects running at the same time with lots of balls in the air. So, you will need to be organized and be able to multitask
  • Detailed Orientated - You own the financials on the project, which includes preparing monthly owner billings, and reviewing and approving monthly subcontractor billings.
  • Client Satisfaction - You will do whatever is necessary so at the end of the job you will get a reference letter from the Client and Architect.

  • Good communication and are adaptive with your communication styles (phone calls, texting, in-person)
  • Enjoy coming into the office or on a jobsite on a daily basis
  • Responds positively to unpredictable situations or problems
  • Can pass a drug test
  • Ability to get an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Have a valid driver's license and must be insurable by our insurance company
  • 3-5 years of Commercial General Contracting Experience
  • Comfortable and Proficient speaking to groups up to 10 people for 30-45 minutes at a time
