Inside Sales Specialist

We are hiring an Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing sales team to drive continued sales growth. The role as an Inside Sales Specialist will be teamed with an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in a geography.
To be successful in this role, the ideal Inside Sales Specialist candidate is committed to professional business to business sales. This role includes both team-selling (assisting the outside sales representative win business and setup appointments) and individual-contributor sales (generating and maintaining new and existing relationships).
A successful teammate will: (i) develop prospects through researching similar companies as existing customers, (ii) consistent outbound communications to target accounts, (iii) support an outside territory manager to maximize their sales activities, and (iv) build and manage an active sales pipeline.
The idea candidate is professional and positive, with a competitive spirit and energized by a meaningful sales commission opportunity in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal Oriented Sales: Meet and exceed monthly goals for new sales and customer touches.
- Research and Prospect: Develop prospect lists based on industry verticals and existing customer relationships. Leverage digital databases to research ideal customers for certain product lines.
- Lead Generation: Actively contact prospective customers through phone and digital channels.
- Prospecting: Reach out to potential customers via email and phone calls to sell C Tek’s product offering.
- Digital Engagement: Develop digital content for distribution to targeted customers. Monitor website chat.
- Quote Management: Manage and track outstanding quotes; develop tracking and follow-up process.
- Closing Sales: Collaborate with customers to satisfy needs and close sales opportunities.
- CRM: Update CRM system with prospects and sales activities.
