What would my day look like?

Payroll Solutions is comprised of numerous payroll professionals that work together to process payrolls for our many clients that have outsourced and trusted their payroll processing to our team. We are a proud partner and user of the isolved payroll software. The Production and Shipping Specialist is responsible for preparing physical payroll checks and reports for delivery to clients. This includes:

  • Operate printers, inserters, and other equipment as needed
  • Prepare payroll checks, ACA reports, W2's, and related reports for delivery to clients as instructed on payroll wrap instructions
  • Log wrapped payrolls to be delivered via courier
  • Stock fulfillment room with supplies (envelopes, paper, check stock, rubber bands, etc.) as needed
  • Schedule equipment maintenance appointments with vendors
  • Assisting with processing of ingoing and outgoing mail
  • Task Flow Management
  • Assisting other Payroll Solutions administrative tasks as needed

  • Ability to use the highest level of confidentiality an absolute must
  • Must be conscientious and have the ability to read and follow written instructions
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Must be able work under stringent time deadlines
  • Work with little or no supervision
  • Ability to operate computer terminals, printers, copy machines, telephone systems, and facsimile machines
  • Experience in a similar role working with check stuffer and sealer, computer workstation, printers, etc. highly desired
