The team at Workforce Solutions has the privilege of providing HR consulting, recruiting, and HR technology services to business owners, fellow HR professionals, or anyone who just doesn't have the resources to fully execute their HR strategy. What would my day look like?

The HCM Implementation Specialist role will be the WFS team's isolved HCM expert to lead the implementation and provide system support to clients for the isolved HR modules Attract & Hire, Learn & Grow, and Share & Perform. Our sister company, Payroll Solutions, is an isolved partner providing payroll and core HR implementation and support to clients. When clients are ready to build our the additional HR modules within the isolved HCM suite, the WFS team steps in to help. This role will own the technical side of the implementation and support while the HR consultants on the WFS team foster the client relationships and recommend the HR best practices for automating their processes and systems within isolved. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in software systems to help businesses thrive.

This role will work out of our Baraboo office with the rest of the WFS team. If a candidate brings directly related experience supporting the implementation of isolved products for clients, then we are open to them working a remote, hybrid, or onsite schedule at any of our office locations. This role has excellent potential for growth and upward mobility within the Workforce Solutions affiliate.

What experience and skills do I need to be successful?

  • Strong computer skills for working daily in HRIS/HCM software and Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills for interacting with clients to support their product implementation.
  • Strong organization, project management, and time management skills to execute projects with quality and within deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management, information technology, or another related field or equivalent experience desired.
  • Previous experience in software implementation role or experience as an administrator in HRIS/HCM suite software.
  • Experience working in the isolved software is highly desired
  • Prior experience working in human resources and/or consulting positions is a plus.
