Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Branch Ambassador. As a key member of our branch team, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping our customers achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, answering their questions and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform a wide range of transactions, including check cashing, deposits, transfers, and withdrawals, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Monitor and mitigate fraud, adhering to established operational policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with our team to enhance the overall customer experience and achieve business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on our products and services, and use this knowledge to educate and inform our customers.
- Travel between branches in assigned local areas to support the market and provide assistance as needed.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
- At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience
- At least 6 months of cash handling experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree
- 2+ years of Retail, Sales, or Banking Experience
Compensation:
The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
New York: $51,542 - $51,542 for Branch Ambassador
