Responsibilities
  • Create, organize, and maintain electronic documents and records related to construction plans, equipment specifications, project reports, and client communications.
  • Input and update project information, vendor details, and equipment data into company databases and document management systems.
  • Review and verify documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
  • Implement and maintain digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval and organization of documents.
  • Collaborate with other team members to collect, distribute, and manage relevant documentation.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in document management, data entry, or administrative roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
