Responsibilities
- Create, organize, and maintain electronic documents and records related to construction plans, equipment specifications, project reports, and client communications.
- Input and update project information, vendor details, and equipment data into company databases and document management systems.
- Review and verify documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Implement and maintain digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval and organization of documents.
- Collaborate with other team members to collect, distribute, and manage relevant documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in document management, data entry, or administrative roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
