The Graphic Design Intern will work under the direct supervision of the Assistant Vice President of Marketing and Communications. This position will offer a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing within the affordable housing industry. The ideal candidate will assist with executing marketing strategies, creating visual content, supporting design tasks, and handling some administrative duties.


RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design Support: Assist in creating visual content for digital and print materials, including social media graphics, brochures, newsletters and presentations using tools such as Adobe Creative
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant visuals for our website, blog, social media channels and email campaigns.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including organizing files, taking notes during meetings and assisting with coordination of marketing
  • Email Marketing: Assist in designing and implementing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
  • Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, tracking their performance and suggesting improvements.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and email
  • Creative mindset with a strong attention to
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong organizational and administrative
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced
  • An interest in AI and machine learning is a
