We're looking for a reliable, exceptionally organized professional to join our fast-paced law firm as a Prelitigation legal case manager. The right candidate will have experience in the legal industry, specifically experience handling pre-litigation cases.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage prelitigation personal injury cases from intake to settlement or referral to litigation.
  • Conduct initial client interviews and gather necessary information to assess the viability of the case.
  • Coordinate medical treatment for clients, including scheduling appointments and tracking progress.
  • Communicate with insurance companies and medical providers to gather relevant documents and records.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents, such as demand letters and settlement packages.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed case files, including documentation of all communication and progress.
  • Assist attorneys with case analysis, research, and preparation for negotiations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience as a legal case manager.
  • Knowledge of personal injury law and familiarity with prelitigation processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate and thorough case documentation.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers.
  • Proficiency in legal case management software is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is a plus.
